How would you like to thank your entire office? Or how about a clients office? Let us do the work, you get the credit. We highly recommend these events to be scheduled in the early afternoon after the employees, teachers or clients have been onsite most of the day. Everyone already has a set morning coffee ritual, so if you schedule your event in the morning, you run the risk of many of the guests not enjoying it nearly as much as they could in the afternoon, when they really need it. TEACHER APPRECIATION: When we arrive one of our servers goes room to room with an admin, PTA volunteer or other escort to take the orders from the hard working teachers. As the orders placed they are transmitted back to our baristas. When the drinks are complete, an admin, PTA Volunteer or better yet the Principle themselves delivers the custom beverage back to the teacher and thanks them for their hard work! Very touching event. EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION: Our servers will visit each of your employees and take their orders. When the orders are complete, we deliver them right back to their desks! Your people will love it! As a matter of fact, most of the companies who try us for an appreciation event have us add them to our weekly routes. CLIENT APPRECIATION: If you are in pharmaceuticals, mortgage lending, architecture, contracting or other industry where thanking your clients and potential clients is part of your model then let us make your next event special. Send your love with lattes. ROUTE SERVICE: The Traveling Cup can come to your business on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Our professional servers will come into your office to take the orders from your employees, right at their desks. (They can pay or the company can pay) The orders are digitally transmitted back to our baristas in our truck. When the order is complete, we deliver it back to your employees' desk. Some businesses request that the employees come to our truck and it can be done on a case by case basis. The problem with this model is the amount of time the employees will be waiting in line. We have very fast ticket times compared to the national coffee shops with an average of only 2 minutes per order. The problem is that if a business has 20 employees, that means the 20th person has a wait time around 35 minutes. And if you add up the combined wait time of all of the employees in line it is a whopping 420 minutes, or 7 hours of waited man hours. Double that time for 40 people ect. ect. This is why we come take the orders right at their desks! It saves the company money as well as provides an incredible service experience. Many of our clients consider our service an employee benefit. There is a minimal distraction the first couple of times we come to service your employees, however compared to them all coming outside its a much smaller distraction. Our professional servers know how to work with your employees while they do their jobs. Call center, professional offices, medical, legal the lists goes on and on. Our staff have been trained to serve others in almost any business environment. ACCESS CONTROLLED BUILDINGS: We are just like any other vendor or contractor of the business. Most of our clients issue access control cards to the employees who will be serving their building. The cards are good for access on the days and hours that we are scheduled to serve the business. BACKGROUND CHECKS: All of our employees go through background checks and sign NDAs. Some of our clients request our employees to go through their background checks and sign NDAs directly. In any case, we have served National Airlines, Schools, Government Defense Contractors, Banks, Hospitals, Mortgage Lending Call centers and many more with high levels of security requirements. |
